CS-30 film is a cationic polyamine surfactant. It has excellent softness, smoothness, elasticity and fluffy feel to various fibers, especially cotton and its blended fabrics.
Reference process:
To prepare a 10% strength softener, first heat 90 kg of water to 60 degrees, add 10 kg of soft tablets, and heat and stir until completely dissolved before use.
The amount used should be adjusted according to the fabric structure and fiber content in the fabric in order to obtain the desired fabric feel. Recommended dosage: 2-5% dipping method; 8-20g / L padding method
Precautions:
It is recommended that when used in the same bath with other auxiliaries, a small test should be performed first. Do not use it with anionic auxiliaries at the same time.
It is mainly used for oil stain removal of polyester, nylon and its blended fabrics, the temperature range is 60-130 ℃; it can also be used for degreasing, desizing, scouring and general cleaning of other types of fabric
