HB-9707A is a finishing agent made of modified multi-block copolymerized silicone oil and special silicone oil. It is suitable for the finishing of polyester, nylon, cotton fabrics and blended fabrics, giving the fabric a smooth feel.
Reference process:
Dipping method: HB-9707A (1: 1 ~ 3) dilute 2 ~ 5% (o.w.f)
Padding method: HB-9707A (1: 1 ~ 3) thinning 10 ~ 50 g / L
Precautions:
When used in the same bath with other auxiliaries (fixing agent, antistatic agent, stiffening agent), a small test is required first. It is not recommended to use the same bath with lye and anionic auxiliaries.
It is mainly used for oil stain removal of polyester, nylon and its blended fabrics, the temperature range is 60-130 ℃; it can also be used for degreasing, desizing, scouring and general cleaning of other types of fabric
